We set our minds to a solution and came up with the CatchBox R/T it's a custom replacement door that contains the violent coolant spray while collecting chips as they wash thru the drawtube. Now we are saving tons of time in so many ways. With the CatchBox we quickly clear out the chips in the drawtube with the auxiliary wash down hose and those chips end up in the CatchBox. Take the door off, dump the chips, load the material and we back turning parts not mopping a mess or hanging plastic or clearing chips by hand.
